The hotel had a stunning exterior and started strong with a warm welcome from the concierge. However, the room left much to be desired, feeling outdated and a bit musty. While the restaurants provided a decent variety, the air conditioning was hit or miss, and the service could be frustratingly slow. The amenities for kids were impressive, making it a family-friendly resort, but some basic issues like dirty tables and broken facilities need addressing.
Our stay at the resort was a mix of great experiences and some disappointing moments. The beach and the cleanliness of the facilities were definite highlights, while dining could be improved significantly in terms of variety and service timing. Overall, while we enjoyed our vacation, a few adjustments would make it more enjoyable and less frustrating for families.
